Acidtek are a Labour Hire based company that has been trading for over 20yrs in recent times we have expanded with significant increases in our employment numbers that we are now capable of being a sole supplier to any site or company.

This team of highly experienced personnel have completed projects for an extensive client list.

Their direct involvement includes management and systems support ensuring the Acidtek Group has one of the most comprehensive contractor systems and experienced workforces servicing the Underground Coal Mining industry.

Acidtek Mining Services is 24 hours a day, 7 day a week operation.

Acidtek uses Daily, Weekly and Weekend Plans to scope, plan and action Labour requirements within each mine.

These plans are based on Clients requirements and priorities with planning done with key personnel onsite.

With Acidtek personnel in place you can be assured all tasks are being performed to their highest levels, with
safety, performance and the customers’ needs being paramount to our operation.

All Acidtek personnel hold all relevant training and requirements to perform at the highest level with communication a key focus.

Training is monitored to ensure all mine site requirements are current and in compliance.

Acidtek’s advantage over others is its number of highly qualified trades both mechanical and electrical of which many companies struggle to find.

Acidtek take immense pride in our outstanding Safety record which includes a LTIFR of 0 as well as a TRIFR of 0.  

These safety figures are evident that we live by motto: “Success is no accident, we don’t compromise safety”.  

We believe that adopting a pro-active stance in Risk Management has helped us obtain this outstanding safety record.

  • Formalised Risk Assessments for all unfamiliar tasks as well as all new equipment
  • Planned Task Observations (PTO)
Training Priciples

Acidtek currently undertakes the following training for all inexperienced new starters prior to commencing employment:
