Acidtek Chemical Flushing is an internal chemical flushing company based in Newcastle that has been trading for over 20 years.

In recent times we have expanded with significant increase in our employment numbers that we are now  capable of reaching anywhere in Australia.

We also have a large workshop with semi-trailer access, 10 tonne gantry crane and chemical flushing bays allowing us to complete flushing either onsite or in our Newcastle workshop where all key personnel can be reached.Acidtek are a company that has been trading for over 20yrs.

In recent times, we have expanded into the Cutter Drum refurbishment industry.

We can provide a quality product at a more than competitive price as well as chemically cleaning cutter drums to give you optimum flow and dust suppression. 

We also have a large workshop with offices, where all key personnel can be reached.

Our team of highly experienced personnel have completed projects for several leading mining companies. Their direct involvement includes management and systems support ensuring the Acidtek Group has one of the most comprehensive drum refurbishment services systems and experience to the industry.

Acidtek Mining Services is 24 hours a day, 7 day a week operation.

Acidtek uses Daily, Weekly Plans to scope, plan and action requirements within each mine.

These plans are based on Clients requirements and priorities with planning done with key personnel onsite.

With Acidtek personnel you can be assured all tasks are being performed to their highest levels, with safety, performance and the customers’ needs being paramount to our operation.

All Acidtek personnel hold all relevant training and
requirements to perform at the highest level with communication a key focus.

Acidtek advantage over others is its number of highly qualified trades at its Newcastle based work shop with its 10 tonne gantry crane, semi-trailer access and chemical flushing and pressure testing bay giving the customer the only Newcastle based workshop that can complete a full refurb with chemical flush to provide cleanest possible drum with optimum flow and dust suppression of any competitor of which has been proven over time

We believe that adopting a pro-active stance in Risk Management has helped us obtain this outstanding safety record.
